All our houses are in 1/12th scale and are hand made to order inbirch ply. In all orders the houses are fully made although all doors, windows and stairs have been removed for ease of decorating. All internal doors are supplied and come complete with architraves. Window architraves are not supplied.
With regard to our basements-these are our own design and no parts have to be removed. All houses are grooved for lighting.

The house on show opposite is The Cople. This is a lovely Georgian town house. It is 36" wide and the rooms are all 16" deep. The house contains 11 rooms in all with our feature stairs from the main entrance up to the first floor. The price is £650
