This is one of our new houses first shown at Miniatura in September. The house is approx 24" wide with the rooms all 16" deep. This house is for where space is rather limited but a beautiful feature staircase is wanted- it combines the two. The house also features our new basement.

The basement has since been changed to that similar to The Crowland or Fen Manor as this particular style was not easy to decorate

Bourne Villa
Below is a photo of the inside of this house. You will see the feature stairs leading from ground to top storey. The basement consists of 2 rooms with a larder under the stairs. They come up behind a false wall on the ground floor and then on the top floor there is a corridor leading to the end bedroom.
